Weeing Toy Poodle - 2010-01-18

I have a 6 month old toy poodle and when he gets excited he wees everywhere. I ignore him when I get home so he can relax before I pat him but if people are mucking around or playing he will wee. He also licks people all the time and I don't no how to stop it

As you describe he is young and has still limited bladder control; it will improve with time. Have soft - even keeled voice - as any excitement from us will create the same with the dog. Train him out of it. The licking is attention seeking and leaving the dog on the floor will solve that. The less you carry the dog the better this will be.
