Jack Russel wants to attack other dogs. Barks non stop when out walking. Dont know how to help him please help !!!

Regretfully TOO far for me to come and be able to assist you – and I believe you need assistance from a good behavioural trainer. Not knowing a lot about your dog, JR’s tend to be feisty and have no idea of their size – they do not have fear and believe the world is theirs. That is why early socialisation is so crucial. But if the lunging were serious, I would get some local help. The barking associated with this will also stop. See if an organisation like COAPE can assist (UK based behavioural trainers – Google will help!). Good luck.
